01 The story, in three paragraphs

Why everyone keeps coming back.

Molika Cafè is a delightful gem nestled in the heart of Barcelona’s vibrant Eixample district, offering an inviting blend of cafe charm, bakery delights, and hearty breakfast options—all wrapped up with the warmth of a neighborhood sandwich shop and the professionalism of a catering supplier. Its multifaceted nature makes it the perfect spot whether you’re looking for a leisurely morning treat, a productive work session, or a casual yet satisfying meal.

Step inside, and you’ll immediately notice the thoughtfully curated atmosphere that strikes a balance between cozy and sophisticated. The decor echoes a subtle artistic flair—highlighted by an Andy Warhol exhibition poster on the wall—that elevates the cafe experience beyond the ordinary. The space offers versatile seating: outdoor tables invite you to soak in the vibrant street life, while the indoor area provides a quiet refuge where the steady WiFi and welcoming vibe make working or relaxing a pleasure.

The menu at Molika Cafè impresses with its fresh, quality ingredients and well-crafted flavors. Fans rave about the vegetarian and tuna sandwiches, each bite bursting with freshness despite some minor critiques about a slightly greasy tuna or soggy ham sandwich from freshly diced tomatoes. The bread itself is nothing short of phenomenal, baked to a heavenly texture—light, crusty, and aromatic. Pair it with their expertly brewed coffee, rich and robust, to create a perfectly balanced breakfast or midday snack.

Pastry lovers will find much to adore here: flaky croissants, sweet and savory pastries, and standout creations like the moist pear and ginger cake, which has earned enthusiastic repeat orders from delighted customers. Fresh juices and wholesome super bowls round out the offerings, contributing to a menu that caters thoughtfully to both indulgence and wellbeing.

What truly sets Molika Cafè apart is the hospitable and attentive service, which leaves you feeling genuinely welcomed. Reviewers consistently highlight the friendly staff and efficient service, making every visit a pleasurable experience. Whether you’re starting your day early or dropping in during the afternoon lull, the energy here remains calm and positive, ideal for a relaxed meal or focused work time.

In sum, Molika Cafè is more than just a typical local cafe—it’s a carefully crafted experience that combines excellent food, great coffee, and an inspiring yet laid-back setting. For anyone wandering through Carrer de Casp looking for a place to savor a delicious breakfast, enjoy a fresh sandwich, or simply chill with a cup of coffee, Molika Cafè stands out as a reliably outstanding choice.

Local cafe opens early with indoor and outdoor seating. Variety of sweet and savory pastry. We orders a tuna sandwich which was slightly greasy and the ham sandwich which was slightly soggy due to the freshly diced tomatoes. Coffee was tasty.

This is a charming cafe which is a cut above the many you pass in the area. The decor is a bit more sophisticated and the food is better-presented and more appetising. Friendly, efficient staff, good coffee and brownie. And on the wall they’ve got the poster from Andy Warhol’s first major exhibition. Definitely recommended if you’re in the area.

5 stars and a bit more. The best stumble upon place so far. Excellent fresh sandwich les and baguettes and croissants, delicious pastries and a scrumptiously delicious pear and ginger cake that was so moist, we had to restrain from ordering another one. Wow. Juices were also great, made fresh and absolutely tasty. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful surprise! I was looking for a coffee place with a steady wifi to work from, i found the perfect spot: quiet, super cozy, friendly staff, pleasant vibe, everything i tried is fresh and tastes good, they have a variety of pastries and sandwiches, but also super bowls. There are outdoors tables for a street feeling and an inside area for a complete privacy working mood. LOVE IT.

Really cute spot, warm and cozy! The coffee is great and they have lots of options for food, I didn’t try anything salty but their cookie was pretty good. Only downside is that there’s no electrical outlets so not ideal if you’re looking for a work spot

Love all the food here! I have to say that all kind of food including superbowl, bakeries, sweats, coffee and sandwiches are terrific! I visited the place twice and both were for breakfast and we felt very warm and charged. Will always come back as long as i stay in the city. Carrot cake deserves special credit. It's definetely the BEST carrot cake in my life

My favourite cafe to visit in the mornings during my stay in Barcelona. Great friendly and quick service. Can’t go wrong with their selection of sandwiches or pastries. Plenty of seating available throughout. Definitely have to go when you wake up and want that morning coffee.
